Perimenopause hit me like a ton of bricks, but I was determined to not let it break me.
Allyson Schneider, Mom in Perimenopause
I am a stay at home, married mother of three daughters transitioning into menopause and experiencing all the joys that it brings (sarcasm). I've been disheartened by the lack of good, helpful information for women going through this major life change and find it fascinating since half the population of the world is going to live through it, and the other half will have to deal with those of us going through it. Because of very limited useful resources, I decided to create a place where women like me can find support and gather information based on my personal experiences and reviews.
Here I will post blogs, resources, tools, tips and advice for perimenopausal women. I must emphasize that I am not a physician, therapist, social worker, gynecologist or any certified and licensed professional. Again, I'm just a Perimenopausal Momma, like you.
